Who we are…

At Nurtured, we offer a variety of options to support you and your baby. We understand that both your needs and your baby’s can change day by day, so our offerings are designed to meet you where you are, whenever you’re ready.

  • Nurture(d) 4-Week Series

Our 4-week series creates a close-knit group of moms who journey through the entire experience together, building connections week by week. You’ll have everything you need—changing stations, diapers, snacks, drinks, and, most importantly, friendship. It’s a chance to relax, bond, and share in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Plus, you can add our weekly play class at a discounted rate! The Play class follows the group session, making it convenient to stay for some fun, developmental play for your baby, led by our Nurture(d) facilitator.

    Coming in February!

  • Nurture(d) Play!

This is a weekly Play Class led by our Nurture(d) facilitator, Brittni, who guides meaningful conversations for moms while also offering developmental play and connection for pre-crawling babies.

Each session includes activities like reading, songs, tummy time, and fun, engaging exercises that are specifically designed to support your baby’s growth and changing needs.

It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with other moms while nurturing your baby’s development in a supportive and interactive environment.

This gentle yoga session is designed to nurture both you and your baby, providing physical, emotional, and mental benefits as you move through your postpartum journey.

The class helps moms regain strength, improve flexibility, and find relaxation, while also fostering bonding with your little one. At Nurtured, we believe this practice is a beautiful way to support your recovery, enhance well-being, and cultivate a mindful connection with your baby.

  • Nurture(d) NICU (Online!)

Our Nurture(d) NICU Postpartum virtual group is led by a compassionate facilitator who creates a safe, supportive space for moms navigating the unique challenges of NICU life and the postpartum period. Each week, we guide meaningful conversations tailored to your journey, allowing you to connect with other NICU moms who understand the emotional, physical, and mental complexities of this experience.

In addition to fostering connection, we offer resources and support for caring for your baby post-NICU, helping you feel empowered as your baby grows and transitions home. This group is a nurturing, judgment-free space where you can share, process, and grow alongside others on a similar path.
