Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga at Nurture is a supportive, grounding practice created specifically for the changing pregnant body. Classes focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and positions that support comfort, strength, and mobility throughout pregnancy.

Prenatal Yoga is ideal for:

  • Supporting physical comfort and alignment during pregnancy

  • Building strength and flexibility for birth

  • Practicing breathwork and relaxation

  • Deepening connection with your baby

  • Creating space for calm and presence

Mom & Baby Yoga

Mom & Baby Yoga is a gentle, nurturing class designed for the postpartum period—where movement, connection, and care meet. This class welcomes both parent and baby, offering a supportive space to move your body while staying close to your little one.

Mom & Baby Yoga is ideal for:

  • Supporting postpartum recovery and gentle movement

  • Reconnecting with your body after birth

  • Bonding with your baby through movement and presence

  • Finding community with other new parents

This class is baby-led, judgment-free, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Meet Jaclyn

Jaclyn Ross is a 200-HR RYT Yoga Teacher, an 85-hour Shanti Mom Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Health Education Specialist. She is also a mom of three and just welcomed her third baby this spring!

Jaclyn is deeply inspired by her own birth experiences and the journey of motherhood, which profoundly shapes her work and what she brings to each class. In her teaching, you can expect alignment-focused poses paired with breath and meditation practices that are supportive, grounding, and accessible for all levels.
